THE PACK
Our sequence begins when the keys change hands, with five wines chosen by our five sommeliers, in a wooden box and with your brand on the card. And it continues through the months that follow, once the sale is no longer fresh. In a market that runs on recommendation, those are the months when the next deals are decided.

On handover day the house is empty. Two or three months later, with the home settled, the same session becomes an occasion.

Before you order.
How many packs can I order?
There's no minimum order. Order as many as you need. Above 50 packs per month, talk to us for specific terms.
How does your share work?
It is the part the agency covers, between 50% and 100%, as you choose. Below 50% we do not go ahead. We invoice only when the buyer uses it, so you never pay for sessions and plans that do not happen.
Are the Cellar Plan wines included in the €890?
No. The €890 is the service: the visit, the written plan and the presentation. The wines in the plan are delivered by us and invoiced separately, at full price, and are never part of your share.
Does the Private Tasting have to be on handover day?
Two or three months later makes more sense. On handover day the house is empty; with the home settled, the same session has people around the table. We keep no open calendar: we hold only a few sessions each month and confirm dates case by case.
Do you do Cellar Plans outside Lisbon?
Yes, we work across the whole country. The sommelier travels to the home where the cellar is. Unusual cellars are quoted separately.
Who do you deliver the packs to?
To the agency or to the agent, never to the buyer. It is the agent who takes the pack to the house and who decides whether it sits on the counter through the viewings or only appears once the keys change hands. The handover to the new owner is always yours.
Can you deliver outside Lisbon, Cascais and Comporta?
Yes, across mainland Portugal. Madeira and Azores by specific proposal.
How does our team learn to present the pack?
We hold an initial meeting with every agent who joins, to introduce the product and show the best way to bring it to the client. That is what makes sure the case reaches the house with the right story.
Are the wines always the same or do they vary?
They follow our monthly curation. Each order carries the five bottles of the current month, chosen by the five sommeliers, so the selection evolves through the year.
Can I order customised packs with our logo?
The case is always 5 Sommeliers, the same for everyone. Your brand goes in two places, on both levels: on the company card, with your identity and your message to the new owner, and on the corkscrew, which is personalised for you too.
Can clients subscribe to your monthly delivery afterwards?
Yes, and we provide a personalised coupon to include in each pack, with a discount on the first delivery of the subscription. A concrete path from gift to ongoing relationship.
