Before you decide.
Can I request a programme outside these three categories?
Yes. That becomes a bespoke enquiry — file it under /contact. The five sommeliers will design the curation for your specific project.
Are the tiers fixed or negotiable?
They are fixed for a practical reason: they allow cadence. Volumes above 50 units/month have specific terms — talk to us directly.
Who signs the service on your end?
All programmes are signed by the five sommeliers together. Each bottle in a pack (Welcome Packs and SAT Packs) is selected individually by one of them, named on the card that accompanies the pack.
How long until implementation?
14 days for the Seal after application confirmation. 5 business days for Welcome Packs after stock confirmation. 30 days for SAT Packs after curriculum and course dates are confirmed.
Is renewal automatic?
The Seal is annual with automatic renewal unless cancelled with 30 days' notice. Welcome Packs and SAT Packs are ordered on demand, with optional recurring subscription.
