Each one proposes
Every month, each sommelier brings a bottle they consider right for each tier — from a region they know well.

Tasted blind
Without knowing price, producer, or who proposed it. The only thing that counts is what's in the glass.

Discussed
Two hours, no rush. The five disagree loudly. Without consensus, there is no box.
04
Three chosen
Three for Curioso, three for Especialista, three for Sommelier. The others are kept for future editions.
